These two teas are quite different from each other, and compliment each other beautifully. The subtler flavour and aroma of the Darjeeling leaf serves to mellow the rich and malty Assam tea. A unique experience by Terra Restaurant at Mollisol Farm and Research Center located at 1,200m above sea level on the Thai Highlands (40mn drive). Walk up the mountain (45mn) at sunrise to enjoy the scenic point above the valley, Doi Ithanon (Thai highest summit and the lower range on the Himalaya towards Myanmar). And after the walk, enjoy a country style energizing breakfast.
