Sunset Champagne Picnic at The Farm Over The Mountains

The price is for 1 person (based on 2 persons minimum).

A unique experience by Terra Restaurant at Mollisol Farm and Research Center located at 1,200m above sea level on the Thai Highlands (40mn drive). Visit the working farm upon arrival, relax on its lawn, enjoy the view and a gourmet picnic with fresh organic ingredienst from our farms and local artisans, with a bottle of Champagne Taittinger.
After sunset, drive down to the Restaurant Terra for a 5-course set dinner.

Description

  • 15:30 Meeting point at Terra Restaurant for a welcome drink
    Departure by car from Terra Restaurant to Mollisol Farm and Research Center located at 1,200m above sea level on the Thai Highlands (40mn drive). A private butler will be with you during the whole experience
  • 16.30: arrival at the farm
    You can enjoy a guided walk around the farm (collect some flowers, fruits, herbs to bring back home). Breath fresh air.
    You can relax on the lawn, a white blanket will be set with cushions and shawls.  Picnic will be  set on a low table: chilled champagne, cold cuts, cheese and nibbles.
  • The sun sets around 18.00 (depending on season). The colors of the sky become magic after the sun set (purple, red, orange…) and if you are lucky we can see Doi Inthanon (2,565m), the highest mountain in Thailand ,located 70km South West.
  • Then we will drive back to Terra (arrival ETA 7.30) where a 5-course dinner will be served.

Terra Carta – “the earth chapter” - a global pledge to reunite nature, planet earth and people - is the inspiration behind this menu, and our tribute to an ethos behind Terra. At this time, we have achieved the "80/20 Rule", and are working on exceeding it. All fresh vegetables and herbs are from our own temperate highland farms, as well as from our selected local growers, and that they are either certified organic or naturally grown. All our meats, dairies and cheeses are locally sourced.
