Visit the working farm upon arrival, relax on its lawn, enjoy the view and a gourmet picnic with fresh organic ingredienst from our farms and local artisans, with a bottle of Champagne Taittinger. After sunset, drive down to the Restaurant Terra for a 5-course set dinner.

Walk up the mountain (45mn) at sunrise to enjoy the scenic point above the valley, Doi Ithanon (Thai highest summit and the lower range on the Himalaya towards Myanmar). And after the walk, enjoy a country style energizing breakfast.

All fresh vegetables and herbs are from our own temperate highland farms, as well as from our selected local growers, and that they are either certified organic or naturally grown. All our meats, dairies and cheeses are locally sourced.
